Privacy statement

1. Who are we?

AIRVALL B.V., registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 98863983, processes personal data through this website and the mobile app. We are responsible for the processing of your personal data as described in this statement.

2. What data do we collect?

Only what is needed to answer your question or make the site work:

• Contact details you enter yourself (name, email, phone, message) through the contact form or the venue registration
• Technical data (IP address, browser, device, referring page) through the web server's log files
• Through the Airvall app: your account details (name, email), your location while you use the app (to show nearby stations — we do not keep a location history), your rental history, your device push token (for notifications about your rental) and anonymised crash data
• Payments in the app are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details
• The app uses your phone's camera solely to scan QR codes on stations; no images are stored or transmitted

3. Why do we process this data?

Each purpose has its own legal basis:

• To answer your questions and handle registrations (legitimate interest)
• To meet legal obligations (administration, security)
• For measuring website use we ask your consent in advance through the cookie banner. As long as you do not give it, we measure nothing

4. How long do we keep it?

We keep contact messages for 24 months. A venue application is kept for as long as the conversation about it runs, and for 24 months after that. Log files for 90 days. After that we delete or anonymise the data.

5. Where does your data go?

What you enter in a form is sent to our own backend at api.airvall.app. A venue application is stored there in our CRM so a colleague can get in touch; a contact message is used only to answer your question. If you book a call through the booking calendar, Cal.com processes what you enter there (name, email, chosen slot) to schedule the appointment. We use Brevo to send email and Google Firebase Hosting to host this site. For the mobile app we additionally use Stripe (payments), Google Firebase (push notifications), Sentry (crash reporting) and Google Maps (map display). Data processing agreements are in place with these parties. The map on this site loads through Google Maps, which passes your IP address to Google. We do not sell your data to third parties.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, object to and port your data. Send a request to the address below. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

7. Deleting your account

You can permanently delete your Airvall account and all associated data in the app via Profile → Delete account. No longer have access to the app? Email support@airvall.nl from your account's email address and we will delete your account within 30 days. Any ongoing rental must be completed first. Data we are legally required to keep longer (such as invoicing records) is deleted once that period expires.
