How do I know my rental has stopped?

Once the terminal confirms the return, your rental stops automatically. Not sure it went through? Send us a message with the location of the terminal.

My powerbank won't charge. What can I do?

Check that the cable is connected properly. Still not working? Return the powerbank and send us a message with the station location. We correct the rental and take the powerbank out of circulation.

I have a question about my payment

You pay €4 per 24 hours started. Renting through the app? Your receipt is in there. Think a charge isn't right? Send us the amount and the date and we'll look into it.
